Glucomannan is a water-soluble polysaccharide with hygroscopic properties and is considered a dietary fiber. Certain research publications indicate that it may help support the following: Supports appetite control and healthy weight management. Supports healthy cholesterol levels. Supports digestive health. Supports healthy blood sugar levels.

- Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules daily with at least 8 oz of water 30-45 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
