What’s inside
Full disclosure
This product has 2 active ingredients. Liposomal glutathione is the main one—a form of glutathione wrapped in a lipid shell to help your body absorb it.
Sunflower lecithin, derived from sunflower seeds, is included to support that absorption. The capsules also contain inactive ingredients: hypromellose (the capsule material), rice flour, and gum arabic.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for glutathione is mixed. It's possibly effective for protecting nerve cells from damage caused by cisplatin chemotherapy.
For other uses listed here—fatty liver disease, Alzheimer's disease, athletic performance, and cataracts—the evidence is insufficient to draw solid conclusions. Sunflower lecithin shows likely ineffective evidence for Alzheimer's disease.
For age-related cognitive decline, liver health during IV nutrition, and anxiety, we don't have enough reliable data.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Oral glutathione is generally well tolerated short-term, though long-term safety data is limited. One important caveat: if you have asthma and use inhaled glutathione, it can trigger airway narrowing and shortness of breath—but this product is a capsule, not inhaled, so that's not a concern here.
Sunflower lecithin is generally considered safe in food and supplement amounts. You may experience abdominal pain, diarrhea, fullness, or nausea.
If you have an egg or soy allergy, be aware that lecithin can occasionally trigger allergic skin reactions.

The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence behind its ingredients' uses. No medication interactions are currently documented, and safety information is well characterized.
This product might be worth considering if you're interested in glutathione support and want a liposomal form for better absorption. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, talk with your doctor first—there isn't enough safety data for glutathione in those situations.
