This product has 2 active ingredients: Setria Glutathione and a proprietary blend combining glutathione with essential phospholipids. Glutathione is an antioxidant your body makes naturally — it's involved in protecting cells and supporting liver function.
The liposomal delivery system (using phospholipids and olive oil) is designed to help your body absorb it better than standard oral glutathione. The inactive ingredients are gelatin capsule material, extra virgin olive oil, and beeswax.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence is mixed. Glutathione appears possibly effective for reducing nerve damage (neurotoxicity) caused by the chemotherapy drug cisplatin.
For other uses — nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, Alzheimer disease, athletic performance, and cataracts — the evidence isn't established in our data. That doesn't mean it doesn't work for those purposes, just that the science isn't conclusive yet.
How safe is it?

Oral glutathione appears generally well tolerated in the short term, but long-term safety data is limited. When it comes to pregnancy and breastfeeding, there isn't enough reliable safety information — the data advises caution and avoidance unless your doctor advises otherwise.
One note: inhaled glutathione can narrow airways and cause shortness of breath or cough in people with asthma, but this product is a softgel capsule taken by mouth, so that particular concern doesn't apply here.
