This softgel contains 3 active ingredients. Glutathione is an antioxidant your body makes naturally; Setria is a branded form of the same molecule.
Together with a phospholipid complex (a fat-based wrapper designed to help your body absorb the glutathione better), these make up the active part of the supplement. The capsule itself is gelatin, and it's suspended in extra virgin olive oil and beeswax.

Glutathione (the active ingredient here in two forms) is possibly effective for reducing nerve damage caused by the cancer drug cisplatin. For other uses — fatty liver disease, Alzheimer's disease, athletic performance, and cataracts — there isn't enough reliable evidence yet to say whether it works.
The liposomal delivery (the phospholipid wrapping) is meant to help your body absorb it better, but that's a formulation choice rather than a claim we can verify from our data.
