Morphovita Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?

HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Morphovita by MN Morphogen Nutrition
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Morphovita contains four active ingredients: NMN, broccoli concentrate (HiActives), Silbinol, and PureQQ. The product also includes inactive ingredients — gelatin, titanium dioxide, and chlorophyllin — which serve as the capsule and coloring.
Broccoli is included for its potential benefits; the other three actives have insufficient data on file for us to describe their specific roles in this formulation.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
For broccoli (HiActives), the evidence shows it is possibly effective for colorectal cancer prevention. For bladder cancer, breast cancer, fibromyalgia, and gastric cancer, we hold insufficient evidence to rate it.
We have no effectiveness data on file for NMN, Silbinol, or PureQQ.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Broccoli as a food is generally well tolerated in normal amounts, but concentrated supplements are less studied. Some people have reported loose stools, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or cramping — particularly at higher doses of broccoli seed and sprout extracts.
Topical contact with broccoli has rarely caused allergic skin reactions. The safety of concentrated broccoli extracts in supplement form is not well established, so talk with your doctor before taking this product.
During pregnancy and lactation, broccoli is rated likely safe based on the data we hold. We have no pregnancy or lactation safety information on file for NMN, Silbinol, or PureQQ.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you take medications metabolized by the CYP2A6 enzyme system (these are typically drugs for heart rhythm, pain, or certain cancers) or by the CYP1A2 enzyme system (such as some heart and seizure medications). Broccoli can reduce how well these drugs work by increasing how fast your body clears them.
No interactions are documented for the other three ingredients, but we have no data on them.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence behind its ingredients' uses. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Morphovita may be worth considering if you're interested in broccoli's potential role in colorectal cancer prevention, but the broccoli content interacts with a large number of medications by speeding up how your liver processes them. If you take any medications — especially those for heart conditions, seizures, pain, or hormones — check your exact drugs with your doctor or pharmacist before starting this product.
We couldn't check the other three ingredients, so your healthcare provider should know the full ingredient list.

Morphovita by MN Morphogen Nutrition Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Morphovita by MN Morphogen Nutrition contains broccoli (HiActives), which interacts with medications.
The most serious concern is with drugs metabolized by CYP2A6 enzymes — broccoli can significantly speed up how your liver clears them, potentially making them less effective. This is a Moderate-severity interaction affecting a substantial number of medications.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Broccoli also interacts with drugs metabolized by CYP1A2 enzymes (another Moderate-severity interaction). In both cases, the effect is the same: broccoli's glucosinolate compounds induce these enzymes, so your body may process these drugs faster and reduce their levels in your bloodstream.
We could not check three other ingredients in this product — NMN, Silbinol, and PureQQ — because we hold no data for them. Altogether, these interactions span 187 individual medications.
Use the search tool on this page to check your exact medications before you start.

HiActives
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, broccoli might reduce the levels and effects of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
Pharmacokinetic research in humans shows that eating 500 grams of fresh broccoli daily for 6-12 days can increase CYP1A2 activity by 10% to 200%. Induction of CYP1A2 activity by broccoli is attributed to its glucosinolate constituents.
Cytochrome P450 2A6 (Cyp2A6) Substrates
Theoretically, broccoli might reduce the levels and effects of drugs metabolized by CYP2A6.
Pharmacokinetic research in humans shows that eating 500 grams of broccoli daily for 6 days increases CYP2A6 activity by 135% to 550%. Induction of CYP2A6 activity is attributed to its glucosinolate constituents.
