What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking NMN Plus against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. HelloPharmacist Scorecard of NMN Plus by Wholly You
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
NMN Plus has 2 active ingredients: resveratrol and nicotinamide mononucleotide. Resveratrol is a compound found in plants; nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is a form of vitamin B3.
The product also contains inactive ingredients—hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate—which are standard capsule binders and fillers.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
Resveratrol has shown possibly effective evidence for obesity and allergic rhinitis (hay fever), though the research is still developing. For cardiovascular disease and high cholesterol, the evidence suggests it's possibly ineffective.
We hold no effectiveness data for nicotinamide mononucleotide in this product's facts.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Resveratrol is generally well tolerated in typical supplement doses. At higher doses, it may cause diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, or loose stools.
Rare cases of headache, fatigue, and skin rash have been reported, though causality isn't always clear. Because there isn't enough safety information, resveratrol concentrate should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding—talk with your doctor or pharmacist for personalized guidance.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
If you take blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (like warfarin, aspirin, or clopidogrel), check with your doctor or pharmacist first—resveratrol may raise bleeding risk. Also double-check any medications broken down by your liver's CYP2C19, CYP1A2, CYP3A4, or CYP2E1 enzymes before starting, since resveratrol may increase their levels.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
NMN Plus may interest people exploring resveratrol for obesity or seasonal allergies, but it requires careful consideration if you take blood thinners or medications metabolized by your liver. The second ingredient, NMN, hasn't been checked for interactions in our data.
Before adding this to your routine, run your current medications by your doctor or pharmacist to make sure nothing conflicts.

NMN Plus by Wholly You Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
NMN Plus by Wholly You contains resveratrol, which has documented interactions with several medication types.
The most serious concern is with blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (medications that prevent clotting), where resveratrol may increase bleeding risk.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Resveratrol can theoretically raise levels of drugs broken down by your liver's cytochrome P450 enzymes—specifically CYP2C19, CYP1A2, CYP3A4, and CYP2E1 substrates. These are Moderate-severity interactions.
While lab studies show resveratrol inhibits these enzymes, human evidence is limited: a clinical trial at high doses (3,000 mg daily) found no clinically significant effect on CYP3A4 metabolism, but lower-dose effects and real-world combinations remain less clear.
Nicotinamide mononucleotide is the product's second active ingredient, but we hold no interaction data for it and cannot check it. Altogether, these interactions span 823 individual medications.
Before starting this product, check your exact medications—especially any blood thinners, antiplatelet agents, or drugs metabolized by those liver enzymes—with your doctor or pharmacist.

Resveratrol
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Resveratrol may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Resveratrol seems to have antiplatelet effects.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2C19 (Cyp2C19) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C19.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP2C19 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Cytochrome P450 2E1 (Cyp2E1) Substrates
Resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2E1.
In vitro research suggests that resveratrol inhibits CYP2E1 isoenzyme. Also, a pharmacokinetic study shows that taking resveratrol 500 mg daily for 10 days prior to taking a single dose of chlorzoxazone 250 mg increases the maximum concentration of chlorzoxazone by about 54%, the area under the curve of chlorzoxazone by about 72%, and the half-life of chlorzoxazone by about 35%. Chlorzoxazone is used as a probe drug for CYP2E1.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit the CYP3A4 enzyme. However, clinical research shows that taking resveratrol 3000 mg daily for 8 weeks does not necessitate dose adjustments to medications metabolized by CYP3A4.
