Directions: Adults: Take two (2) vegetarian capsules one (1) to three (3) times daily with a meal, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed 6 vegetarian capsules daily.

Healthy Origins Phase 2 Carb Controller is an amazing, non-stimulant nutritional ingredient that is derived from the white kidney bean. Phase 2: - May assist in weight control when used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. - May reduce the enzymatic digestion of dietary starches.
