- Pterostilbene is a methylated stilbene molecule that is structurally similar to resveratrol. The primary difference is that Pterostilbene is better absorbed orally and may be more potent antioxidant molecule. Research shows it may support optimal cognitive function, cardiovascular function, and optimal glucose/cholesterol levels.
