What’s inside
Full disclosure
This product contains one active ingredient: restharrow, a plant preparation in a 450 mg capsule dose. Restharrow has been used traditionally, though human research into how well it works is limited.
The capsule also contains gelatin and water as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Insufficient evidence
The evidence for restharrow isn't established yet in our data. It's listed for four potential uses—benign prostate enlargement, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and gastritis—but all four carry an 'insufficient reliable evidence' rating, meaning the scientific foundation simply isn't there to confirm whether it works.
How safe is it?
Some data gaps
Restharrow is generally regarded as traditionally used, though human safety data are limited. The safety information is sparse enough that it's best avoided during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding safety is unknown, so it's best to avoid it then too. No adverse effects were reported in the data we hold.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
If you take lithium for mood stabilization, do not start this product without checking with your pharmacist or doctor first—restharrow may theoretically raise lithium levels due to its potential diuretic effect.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with insufficient evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and some safety-information gaps remain.
Restharrow is a traditional herbal preparation with limited human safety data and no established evidence of effectiveness for the conditions it's used for. If you take lithium, check with your pharmacist before starting.

Restharrow 450 mg by TerraVita Premium Collection Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Restharrow 450 mg by TerraVita Premium Collection has a documented interaction with one medication class.
Lithium, a mood-stabilizing drug used for bipolar disorder, is the main concern. Restharrow is thought to have diuretic properties—meaning it may increase urine output.
Because of this, it could theoretically raise lithium levels in your bloodstream and increase its effects, which matters because lithium has a narrow window between helpful and harmful.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Although the diuretic activity hasn't been formally studied in humans, the theoretical risk is real enough that we flag it as Moderate. If you take lithium, do not start restharrow without talking to your doctor or pharmacist first—your lithium levels may need monitoring or your dose may need adjustment.
