- Provides 23 g lean protein per serving. Protein contributes to maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Recommended use: Mix 1 scoop of power (30 g) with 250 mL of water or skinned milk. On training days, drink 1 serving immediately after workout. On non-training days, drink 1 serving right after waking up.
Precautions
- Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds.
