What’s inside
Full disclosure
Super-DMZ RX 2.0 contains 2 active ingredients, both synthetic anabolic steroids: methylstenbolone and 17 beta-hydroxy 2 alpha,17beta-dimethyl 5 alpha-androstan 3-one azine (dymethazine). The capsule also contains inactive ingredients including rice flour, gelatin, food colorings, and magnesium stearate.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence isn't established in our data for what this product claims to do. Methylstenbolone has insufficient reliable evidence to rate for athletic performance, erectile dysfunction, muscle strength, sexual arousal, or obesity.
We could not assess the other ingredient.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
This product carries serious safety concerns. Methylstenbolone is an unapproved synthetic anabolic steroid linked to liver injury and heart disease.
A documented case in a user taking this exact product (Super DMZ Rx 2.0) showed cholestatic jaundice — yellowing of the skin and eyes, dark urine, pale stools, and itching — with elevated liver enzymes after using two capsules daily for up to a month. Liver function gradually improved after stopping the product, though the specific role of methylstenbolone couldn't be isolated.
Anabolic steroids must not be used during pregnancy because they can harm a developing baby, and they should not be used while breastfeeding because of potential harm to an infant. The safety data advises against use in both situations.
Meds to double-check
No known interactions
No interactions are documented for methylstenbolone in our data. However, because this product is an unapproved anabolic steroid and not a standard medication, standard drug interaction testing may not have been performed.
Before you start it, check your exact medications with a pharmacist.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. No medication interactions are currently documented, and safety information is well characterized.
This is an unapproved anabolic steroid product with documented cases of serious liver harm at recommended doses. The evidence for its claimed benefits is insufficient to establish.
If you're considering it, talk with your pharmacist or doctor first — especially if you have any liver problems or take medications that affect your liver.
