What’s inside
Full disclosure
Trim Cafe is a powder with one active ingredient: WellTrim iG (IGOB131), which is an African Mango seed extract standardized as IGOB131. The powder also contains Colombian Arabic Coffee powder as an inactive ingredient.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence for African Mango in Trim Cafe isn't established. We hold insufficient reliable evidence to rate it for obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, or metabolic syndrome.
That doesn't mean it doesn't work—it means the human research available isn't solid enough to say one way or the other. If you're looking for weight or cholesterol support, talk with your doctor or pharmacist about what the science actually backs.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
African Mango is generally well tolerated in short-term studies, but long-term safety and product quality aren't well established, so be aware of that if you're thinking of using it long-term. The most common side effects reported are flatulence, headache, insomnia, and nausea.
One rare case of acute liver inflammation (hepatitis) was reported in a person taking 350 mg twice daily for ten days, though it's unclear if African Mango was the cause. Safety data is not sufficient during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so it's best avoided if you're pregnant or nursing.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting Trim Cafe if you take antidiabetes drugs—African Mango may lower your blood sugar further and require dose adjustment. Also use caution or avoid it if you're on testosterone products, since the extract may raise testosterone levels.
These are the two medication types with documented interactions.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Trim Cafe is worth a conversation with your doctor or pharmacist if you're interested in it—especially if you take diabetes medication or testosterone products, since those interactions need monitoring. The supplement is generally tolerated short-term, but the evidence for what it actually does isn't strong, and long-term safety isn't well studied.

Trim Cafe by TLS Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Trim Cafe by TLS contains African Mango seed extract, which does interact with medications—specifically antidiabetes drugs and testosterone products.
The most serious concern is with antidiabetes drugs (blood sugar medications): human research shows African Mango can lower blood sugar, and when you combine it with drugs that already do that, your blood sugar could drop too far (hypoglycemia). If you take diabetes medication, you'll need to monitor your levels closely and may need a dose adjustment.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
African Mango may also increase testosterone levels based on animal studies, so if you're taking testosterone products, there's a theoretical risk of additive effects. Until more research clarifies how this works, use this product cautiously or avoid it if you're on testosterone.
Altogether, these interactions span 94 individual medications. Use the medication checker on this page to search your specific prescriptions before starting.
