What’s inside
Full disclosure
Ultra-Sten contains one active ingredient: methylstenbolone, a synthetic anabolic steroid. The capsule also holds rice flour and gelatin as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence we hold does not establish that methylstenbolone works for athletic performance, muscle strength, erectile dysfunction, sexual arousal, or weight loss — all five uses show insufficient reliable evidence to rate. That means the science hasn't clearly shown benefit for any of these claims.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Methylstenbolone is rated possibly unsafe. As an anabolic androgenic steroid, it carries concern for serious side effects including heart disease and liver injury.
One documented case reported severe liver damage (cholestatic jaundice with dark urine, pale stools, and itching) in a 26-year-old taking a product containing this ingredient at recommended doses for about a month; liver enzymes only gradually improved after he stopped. This ingredient must not be used during pregnancy — the safety data advises against it because anabolic steroids can harm a developing baby.
It should also not be used while breastfeeding due to potential harm to the infant.
Meds to double-check

No interactions are documented in our data for methylstenbolone. However, because this is an unapproved anabolic steroid with serious safety concerns, discuss this product with your pharmacist or doctor before you start, regardless of what medications you take.
