This product has two active ingredients. Hyaluronic acid is a substance your body naturally makes to keep skin hydrated and joints lubricated.
Verisol Bioactive Collagen Peptides are small chains of protein derived from collagen, the structural protein in skin, bones, and connective tissue. The remaining ingredients are inactive—they're the gummy base, sweeteners, flavoring, and gelling agents that make the supplement easy to take.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence is mixed. Hyaluronic acid is possibly effective for dry eye and venous leg ulcers (slow-healing leg wounds), but the evidence for aging skin is insufficient—we don't have strong enough data to say whether it works for that.
Collagen peptides are possibly effective for aging skin and dry skin, but possibly ineffective for muscle strength. For acne and athletic performance, the evidence for both ingredients is insufficient to rate either way.

Both ingredients are generally well tolerated when taken by mouth. Hyaluronic acid is well tolerated orally and topically with rare side effects.
Collagen peptides may occasionally cause nausea, indigestion, diarrhea, or bloating, but these are uncommon.
