Clinical
Children Coldcalm is an unapproved homeopathic oral pellet product containing nine plant and mineral ingredients used in homeopathic practice. These ingredients, including onion, gelsemium, eupatorium, and apis mellifera (honeybee), are traditionally selected in homeopathy for symptoms associated with common cold and respiratory discomfort. Homeopathic products are marketed based on homeopathic tradition rather than FDA evaluation for effectiveness. This product is not assessed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness like conventional over-the-counter medicines.
