Clinical
Sulfo lo is an over-the-counter soap bar containing 3% sulfur that you apply to your skin. Sulfur is commonly used in topical products to help manage certain skin conditions, particularly those involving excess oil or bacterial buildup. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows established FDA guidelines for sulfur-based skin care products rather than being individually reviewed.
