Clinical
ChapStick Classic Original is a topical lip balm stick containing petrolatum as its active ingredient. Petrolatum is a mineral oil-based moisturizer commonly used in lip care products to help soften and protect the lips. This product is sold over the counter under the FDA's OTC monograph rules for lip balm products. It is applied directly to the lips to help lock in moisture and reduce dryness.
