Clinical
Kanka Triple Action is an over-the-counter oral gel marketed under FDA's OTC monograph rules for oral wound care products. It contains benzocaine, a local anesthetic typically used to numb minor mouth sores and gum irritation, and menthol, which is commonly included for its cooling and mild numbing sensation. This product is applied directly to the affected area inside the mouth to temporarily relieve discomfort from canker sores and similar minor oral wounds.
