🩺 Clinical
Sulfur 8 Scalp Therapy is a topical ointment marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug for dandruff control. It contains sulfur and salicylic acid, two ingredients commonly included in scalp and skin products where they are typically used to help address flaking and scaling conditions. Sulfur has traditionally been used in dermatological preparations, while salicylic acid is a keratolytic agent often found in dandruff and acne products to help soften and loosen buildup on the skin surface.
