Clinical
Triple Diaper Rash is a topical ointment containing zinc oxide, an over-the-counter monograph product marketed under FDA category rules rather than as an individually reviewed drug application. Zinc oxide is commonly used in skin-care products as a protective barrier ingredient. This ointment form is typically applied directly to the skin in areas prone to moisture and friction.
