Clinical
This is a topical liquid containing hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 2.65 percent, sold over the counter under FDA's OTC monograph rules for antiseptic products. Hydrogen peroxide in this strength is typically used as a cleansing agent on minor cuts, scrapes, and wounds. It commonly functions by releasing oxygen when it contacts damaged tissue, which may help remove debris and reduce certain surface bacteria. This product is applied directly to the skin and is not meant to be swallowed.
