Hydrogen Peroxide falls under TOPICAL DRUGS — the group Dimethylsulfoxide (dmso) interacts with.

Topical DMSO might increase the effects and adverse effects of topical drugs.
Evidence from animal studies and limited human studies suggests that DMSO may potentiate the action of numerous topical medications by increasing their absorption through the skin. This increase in absorption seems to depend on the concentration of DMSO and the molecular weight of the medication.

Here's the simple version: DMSO is a powerful skin penetrant. When you put it on, it can drag other things on your skin deeper into the tissue than they would normally go. With a topical like hydrogen peroxide (such as Eskata, used on the skin for things like raised seborrheic keratoses), the worry is that DMSO could push more of it past the outer skin layer.

Hydrogen peroxide is already an irritant, so more getting through could mean more stinging, redness, swelling, blistering, or skin breakdown at the spot you treated. This is based on limited animal and human data, not strong proof, and the effect depends on how concentrated the DMSO is. Still, I'd keep them off the same patch of skin and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
