Clinical
This is a topical first aid burn cream containing two active ingredients. Lidocaine hydrochloride is a local anesthetic commonly used to numb minor pain and discomfort on the skin. Benzalkonium chloride functions as an antimicrobial agent, typically used to help reduce bacteria on minor wounds and burns. The product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for first aid burn products rather than undergoing individual approval.
