Clinical
Detox I is an unapproved homeopathic liquid taken by mouth that contains multiple plant extracts, vitamins, and other substances. In homeopathic practice, ingredients such as milk thistle, greater celandine, dandelion, and artichoke leaf are traditionally used to support liver and digestive function, while methylcobalamin (a form of vitamin B12) and alpha-lipoic acid are used as nutritional components. Homeopathic products are marketed based on homeopathic tradition and have not been evaluated by the FDA for effectiveness. This product listing reflects its marketing category as an unapproved homeopathic.
