Clinical
Detox II is an unapproved homeopathic liquid taken by mouth that contains multiple plant, mineral, and animal-derived ingredients. In homeopathic practice, these ingredients are traditionally used to support the body's natural detoxification processes, though homeopathic products are not evaluated by the FDA for effectiveness. The formula includes herbs like Solidago and Baptisia, minerals like Cuprum Sulphuricum, and other botanical extracts that practitioners have historically associated with cleansing and kidney support. Homeopathic remedies are based on traditional use rather than established medical evidence.
