Clinical
B-Force is an unapproved homeopathic liquid taken by mouth that contains plant extracts, mineral substances, and animal-derived ingredients. Homeopathic practitioners traditionally use echinacea, lomatium, goldenseal, and myrrh as immune support ingredients, while propolis is commonly included in homeopathic formulas for similar purposes. This product also contains highly diluted forms of substances like arsenic and belladonna. Homeopathic products are marketed based on traditional use rather than FDA evaluation for safety or effectiveness.
