🩺 Clinical
Salonpas is an over-the-counter topical patch containing camphor, menthol, and methyl salicylate. These three ingredients are commonly used together in pain-relief patches and are typically applied to the skin to provide a warming or cooling sensation and mild topical comfort. This is an OTC monograph product, meaning it is marketed under a standardized FDA rule-book for this category of topical analgesic patches rather than as an individually reviewed drug application.
