Clinical
This is a liquid foundation makeup product applied to the skin that also contains two active sunscreen ingredients. Octinoxate and titanium dioxide are ultraviolet light filters typically used together in sunscreen products to help protect skin from UVA and UVB rays. The product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for over-the-counter sunscreen and cosmetic products rather than being individually reviewed before marketing.
