Clinical
This is an over-the-counter hand cream containing dimethicone, a silicone-based ingredient. Dimethicone is commonly used in skincare products to function as a skin protectant and help seal in moisture. The cream is applied topically to the hands and is marketed under FDA's established rules for over-the-counter skin protectant products, rather than as an individually approved drug application.
