🩺 Clinical
Tylenol Cold Plus Flu Plus Chest Congestion is an over-the-counter tablet that combines two active ingredients. Acetaminophen is typically used to reduce fever and relieve minor aches and pains. Guaifenesin functions as an expectorant, commonly used to help thin mucus and make it easier to clear from the airways. This product is marketed under the FDA's OTC monograph rules for cold and flu symptom relief.
