Clinical
This is a topical cream sunscreen formulated with zinc oxide, a mineral UV filter commonly used in sun protection products. Zinc oxide functions as a physical barrier that reflects and scatters ultraviolet radiation away from the skin. The product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established guidelines for over-the-counter sunscreen ingredients and formulations rather than being individually reviewed before marketing. It is intended to be applied to the face as part of daily sun protection routines.
