Clinical
Remedy Essentials White Petrolatum and Zinc Oxide is a topical paste containing white petrolatum and zinc oxide. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established standards for this category rather than being individually approved. The ingredients are typically used together in skin protectant products to form a moisture barrier and protect minor skin irritation or chafing. Petrolatum and zinc oxide are common components in wound care and diaper rash products.
