Clinical
This is an over-the-counter topical cream containing colloidal oatmeal, marketed as an eczema relief product. Colloidal oatmeal is commonly used in skin care products for its soothing and moisturizing properties and is typically applied directly to affected skin areas. This product is formulated under an OTC monograph, which means it follows FDA's established standards for this category of skin-relief creams rather than undergoing individual product approval.
