Use Use recommended for relief of occasional sleeplessness caused by stress & repetitive thoughts 1 1 Claims based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence. Not FDA evaluated.

Directions Directions children ages 2 & up: before bedtime, bring spray nozzle up to mouth & apply 2 sprays onto the tongue. Additional sprays may be taken during the night as needed children under 2: ask a doctor
