Clinical
D-99 is an unapproved homeopathic solution taken under the tongue that contains multiple plant, mineral, and animal-derived ingredients. In homeopathic practice, these substances are traditionally used for various purposes, such as aloe and scrophularia for skin health, atropa belladonna and nitroglycerin for circulatory concerns, potassium iodide and zinc for general wellness, and bone marrow for nutritional support. Homeopathic products are marketed based on traditional use rather than FDA evaluation for safety or effectiveness.
