Clinical
Biofreeze Ultraflex Plus Lidocaine, Menthol is a topical patch containing lidocaine and menthol. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic commonly used to numb skin and underlying tissue where applied. Menthol produces a cooling sensation and is often included in topical products for temporary relief of minor aches and discomfort. This is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for this category of pain-relief patches rather than as an individually approved product.
