Clinical
Wellstar Amenity Benzalkonium Chloride and Sodium Monofluorophosphate Kit is an over-the-counter oral care product marketed under FDA's OTC monograph rules for antiseptics and fluoride dental products. Benzalkonium chloride is an antimicrobial agent typically used to reduce bacteria in the mouth, while sodium monofluorophosphate is a fluoride compound commonly used in toothpastes and rinses to help strengthen tooth enamel. This kit product combines both ingredients in a form intended for oral hygiene use.

This NDC identifies a kit — a package containing more than one component. Structured data (pricing, ingredients, equivalents) is often reported per component rather than for the kit NDC itself, which can make this page look thinner than the components' own pages.
