The active ingredients, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, are mineral UV filters commonly used in sunscreens to help protect skin from ultraviolet radiation. The product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is formulated according to FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than as an individually reviewed application. The cream also includes tinting pigment and moisturizing agents to blend with medium to tan skin tones.
