Clinical
ChapIce SPF 30 Lip Balm is a topical stick product marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen under FDA's OTC monograph rules. It contains four active ingredients that function as ultraviolet (UV) filters: octinoxate, octisalate, octocrylene, and oxybenzone. These ingredients are commonly used together in lip balms and other topical products to help protect the lips from sun exposure. The product is applied directly to the lips as needed.
