Clinical
OraLabs ChapIce Original is a lip balm stick containing petrolatum, a waxy moisturizer applied directly to the lips. Petrolatum is typically used in lip care products to help soften and protect dry or chapped lips by forming a moisturizing barrier on the skin surface. This is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for this category of product.
