🩺 Clinical
Mucinex Nightshift Sinus is an oral liquid medicine sold over the counter under FDA's OTC monograph rules. It combines four active ingredients: acetaminophen, typically used to relieve pain and reduce fever; dextromethorphan, commonly used to suppress cough; phenylephrine, typically used to relieve nasal congestion; and triprolidine, an antihistamine commonly used to reduce allergy symptoms and promote drowsiness. This formulation is designed as a nighttime cold and sinus product intended to address multiple symptoms at once.
