Clinical
This is a topical lotion for the face that combines two sunscreen active ingredients. Avobenzone and octinoxate are ultraviolet (UV) light filters that are commonly used in over-the-counter sunscreen products to help protect skin from sun exposure. The product is marketed as a moisturizer with sunscreen for men's facial care and is regulated as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for sunscreen formulations rather than being individually approved.
