Clinical
Eucerin Tinted Age Defense Sunscreen SPF 50 is a topical lotion marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen product under FDA's monograph rules for sunscreen ingredients. It contains four active UV filters (avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene) that are typically used together to absorb and scatter ultraviolet light from the sun. The lotion is tinted and intended for application to the skin to help protect against sun exposure. This is an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows established FDA guidelines for sunscreen products rather than undergoing individual new drug review.
