Clinical
Durma DynaGel is a topical gel containing glycerin as its active ingredient. This is an over-the-counter monograph product, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for this category of drug. Glycerin is commonly used in topical products as a humectant, which means it helps draw moisture into the skin and is typically used to soften and hydrate dry or irritated skin areas.
