🩺 Clinical
SkinPerfect Primer SPF 30 is an over-the-counter lotion applied to the skin that contains titanium dioxide and zinc oxide as active ingredients. Both minerals function as physical sunscreen filters, meaning they sit on the skin surface and reflect ultraviolet light away from the skin. This product is marketed under FDA's OTC monograph rules for sunscreen lotions rather than as an individually approved application. The lotion is typically used to help protect skin from sun exposure.
