🩺 Clinical
SkinPerfect Primer SPF30 is a topical lotion containing zinc oxide, a mineral sunscreen ingredient. This is an over-the-counter monograph product, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for sunscreen drugs rather than through individual product approval. Zinc oxide is commonly used in sunscreens to help reflect and scatter ultraviolet rays from the sun. Products like this one are typically applied to the skin to provide broad-spectrum sun protection.
