Clinical
Ulta Beauty Tinted Moisturizer Cream SPF 24 is a topical cream marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen product under FDA's OTC monograph rules. It contains four active sunscreen ingredients (avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene) that function as ultraviolet light filters, commonly used in sunscreen formulations to help protect skin from sun exposure. The product is a moisturizing cream that combines these UV-filtering agents with cosmetic tint to provide color coverage while functioning as a sunscreen.
