Clinical
This is an over-the-counter topical gel marketed as a hand cleanser and moisturizer. It contains chloroxylenol, an antimicrobial ingredient typically used in cleansing products to help reduce bacteria on the skin. The gel is applied directly to the hands and is formulated with aloe, which is commonly included in skin care products for its soothing properties. This product is sold under the FDA's monograph rules for antimicrobial hand cleansers rather than as an individually approved application.
