Clinical
This is a topical chest rub ointment containing camphor, eucalyptus oil, and menthol. These ingredients are commonly used together in over-the-counter products to produce a cooling or warming sensation on the skin. Camphor and menthol also function as mild counterirritants, while eucalyptus oil is often included for its aromatic properties. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rule-book for this category of topical rubs rather than being individually reviewed.
