Clinical
Sun Bum Tinted Sunscreen Lip Balm is a topical stick product marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen under FDA's OTC monograph rules. It contains four active ingredients that function as UV filters: homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene are organic sunscreen agents that absorb ultraviolet radiation, while zinc oxide is a mineral reflectant that scatters UV rays. Together, these ingredients are typically used to help protect lip skin from sun exposure when applied topically.
